Associate Attorney- Business and Real Estate

We have partnered with a boutique law firm that is looking for an outstanding Litigation Attorney to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who already has business and real estate experience, or carries a strong litigation background and wants to transition to business and real estate. This role entails about 80% litigation work and 20% transactional work.

Ideal Candidate-

• The preferred candidate will have minimum of five years of litigation law experience, plaintiff and defendant experience considered
• Strong writing and advocacy skills, compassion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate in a professional environment, paired with the ability to work independently and be self-sufficient
• Must be self-sufficient and able to handle a case load efficiently
• Licensed in California- in good standing
