Lead Mitigation Technician

Overview

Maintco is hiring a skilled and experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to manage field operations on water mitigation projects in the Greater Seattle area. This is a hands-on, leadership role for a seasoned mitigation professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads crews, and upholds safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site activities for water mitigation projects, including directing field crews.
• Perform and supervise water extraction, structural dry-outs, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Take precise measurements and develop accurate sketches using provided technology.
• Assess damaged areas and determine effective, code-compliant restoration plans.
• Operate and interpret moisture meters, IR cameras, and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain open, professional communication with clients, project managers, and internal staff.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and project scopes.
• Document work thoroughly using industry-standard software platforms such as Dash, MICA, and Mitigate.
