We offer a comprehensive, step-by-step Manager training program designed to equip you with the confidence and skills needed to elevate your career to the next level.

All our Managers have the opportunity to attend an annual leadership conference in exciting locations such as Nashville, San Antonio, and Las Vegas. This event features motivational speakers, product line, industry experts, with SportClips Managers and leadership from across the country.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of stylists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Deliver top-notch service that exceeds client expectations.
  • Foster a welcoming, enthusiastic environment where clients and team members feel respected, important, and comfortable.
  • Demonstrate care through positive attitudes, behaviors, and exceptional verbal skills.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to build the Sport Clips brand and support each other's growth.
  • Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff development.

    • Qualifications

  • A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
  • Proven leadership experience in a salon or similar environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing education.
  • Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with a range of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners and styling products.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
