Location : Foxborough, Massachusetts

Assignment Type : 13+ Week Contract-to-Hire

Facility Type : Closed-Door Long-Term Care Pharmacy

Prescription Volume : Approx. 600 / day

Software Used : Frameworks (training available)

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a second-shift role in a long-term care pharmacy setting. Role Responsibilities

Review prescription orders within Frameworks (training can be provided)

Conduct final verification of medications prior to dispensing

Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain compliance and workflow

Dispense medications accurately and on schedule

Maintain documentation according to regulatory standards

Shift Details

Weekdays : Choose from 2 : 00 PM 10 : 00 PM or 4 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AM

Weekends : Saturday or Sunday, 9 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM

Weekend Rotation : One weekend per month

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Pharmacist License

Previous pharmacy experience (retail, hospital, LTC all considered)

Strong attention to detail in a high-volume setting

Comfortable leading and supporting a technician team
