Pay or shift range : $33 USD to $36 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Primary Duties

• Oversee day-to-day operations of field projects.
• Manage employees and subcontractors.
• Define project scope, purpose, and resource requirements.
• Ensure schedules align with client expectations.
• Conduct open box inspections to verify materials against drawings.
• Assess and manage safety hazards and site security.
• Develop and implement completion strategies and action plans.
• Prepare and file daily reports, photos, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
• Track contractor / employee attendance and timesheets.
• Motivate teams to deliver high-quality performance.
• Set and monitor project goals through completion.
• Communicate extra work order (EWO) opportunities to Project Manager.
• Mentor employees to support career growth.
• Secure local materials as needed to complete projects.
• Complete daily job site assessments (JSA).
• Maintain daily communication with I&C Project Management.
