Key Responsibilities
Call payers and use probing questions to understand claim status
Review and resolve denied claims, documenting actions in EHR systems
Provide excellent customer service and assist with process design as needed
Required Qualifications
1+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
General knowledge of CPT / HCPCS and ICD-10 coding requirements
