Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities maintenance and repair across their designated restaurant territory. This role ensures uninterrupted operations by managing vendor relationships, budgets, compliance with codes and regulations, and urgent facility needs.

- Collaborate with GMs and Operations to provide coaching and training sessions on facility maintenance practices
- Partner with Risk Management to ensure restaurant safety for guests and team members
- Engage in vendor partnerships, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective service including a minimum of two documented formal vendor business reviews annually
- Coach vendor partners to ensure they are focused on performing at the highest level, with an emphasis on measurement by Service Channel vendor scorecard

Lead planning, verification, and management of facility repairs and preventative maintenance for up to 75 restaurantsManage bundled work order (W / O) programs and capital repair projects, including minor remodelsOversee holiday cooler event executionPrepare and manage annual budgets and business case analysis for invoices above pre-set thresholdsConduct at least one formal site audit per year, confirmed through the Work Order PlatformAnnually review sites for capital improvement needEnergy : We move with urgency and passion, while maintaining attention to detail :

Qualifications
Educational Level / Certifications :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredTrade certification or technical school training preferredValid driver's license required30-hour OSHA certification is a plusRFMA CRFP certification (or willingness to train toward it)Work Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
Minimum 4 years of facilities maintenance experience, with at least 12 years in the restaurant or hospitality industryExperience managing capital projects, vendor negotiations, and emergency responseStrong knowledge of building codes, compliance, and facility systemsSkilled in using facility platforms such as Service Channel and Energy Management SystemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead remote teamsTravel Requirement :
Travel up to 50%, including overnight stays, as needed for site visits, audits, and team supportThe pay range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 yearly. Your actual compensation will depend on experience, location, and additional skills you bring to the table.
