A company is looking for a CPC Processor to manage customer inquiries in a remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and conduct business-related telephone calls while providing excellent customer service
Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received via phone, email, or written correspondence
Document all calls and inquiries in detail within the company's software systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Experience with multi-line phone systems and computer proficiency, particularly in MS-Office
Experience in data entry, medical records, healthcare, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
Ability to pass annual HIPAA examinations and complete a 90-day ROI Certification course
Compliance with health screening and vaccination requirements as mandated by clients
