Essential Functions : Determines appropriateness of prescribed therapies and goals based on patient condition. Performs evaluations, diagnostic tests, and therapeutic exercises to improve or maintain function. Instructs, motivates, and assists patients through exercise programs and physical therapy modalities. Administers treatments using physical agents, manual therapy, and traction when indicated. Maintains accurate and timely documentation in accordance with departmental policy. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
