Position Overview

The Associate Director, IT Solution Delivery is accountable for overseeing multiple team members within the IT Solution Delivery organization, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and operational excellence. This role leads through senior staff to deliver enterprise-level IT capabilities that enable innovation, efficiency, and business growth. The Associate Director is responsible for long-term planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful program and project outcomes.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Lead multiple teams delivering agile delivery, IT projects and programs of varying scope and complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee senior staff, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure high performance.
• Develop and manage resource forecasts, and resource plans to meet organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology partners.
• Drive adoption of standardized delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and ensure adherence to governance processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software delivery and project maturity and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business units to anticipate needs and ensure solutions are delivered on time.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance within the department.
• Mentor and develop future leaders, supporting succession planning and career growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and IT best practices.
• Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
• Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
• Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and / or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
• Ability and means to travel between local Exact Sciences locations.
• Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight / weekend travel.

Salary Range : $133,000.00 - $226,000.00 The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
