A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the advocate for providers by resolving issues efficiently and demonstrating accountability
Provide support through multiple channels, including calls and chats, while addressing provider needs
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and promote self-service digital tools
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience with a focus on analyzing and solving concerns
Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
Ability to work full-time, including flexibility for occasional overtime, during specified business hours
