Georgia Personal Injury - Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

Oversee personal injury litigation cases involving automobile, trucking, premises, and daycare from inception to resolution;

Prepare and handle discovery requests efficiently;

Draft complaints and file necessary legal documents;

Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials; and

Create detailed medical chronologies.

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience in managing personal injury litigation cases specifically related to automobile, trucking, premises, and daycare incidents.

Proficient in electronically filing case documents in both Federal and State Courts.

Skilled in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and maintaining effective client communications.

Must be based in Georgia for consideration.

Compensation

$60,000+ bonuses
