About The Role

We're looking for a capable Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate has solid experience in project delivery, a commitment to safety and quality, and strong ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects ($1 M$50 M+ typical).
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality and performance standards.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field personnel.
• Lead project meetings, documentation, reporting and project close-out.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; manage RFIs and change orders.
• Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
