The Opportunity :

Are you ready to make a difference in patient care? Join us as a Clinical Nurse, where you will play a vital role in utilizing the nursing process to provide exceptional care. You will be responsible for :

• Performing patient care with compassion and expertise
• Delegating patient care tasks effectively
• Supervising a dedicated team of patient care staff
• Coordinating comprehensive care plans for your assigned patients
• Consulting with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

This role requires a commitment of at least 1 shift per month , not exceeding 30 hours per week . Please note that shifts are nights only and are not eligible for CSIx2.

Shift Details : 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM

The Work :

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver high-quality care

Performs patient care with a focus on safety and comfort

Delegates tasks to ensure efficient workflow

Supervises and supports other patient care staff

Coordinates care plans tailored to individual patient needs

Collaborates with healthcare team members for the best patient outcomes

Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practices and adheres to policies and procedures

Job Requirements :

Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a clinical setting

Certifications : Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross), Registered Nurse

Education : Associate Degree in Nursing
