Key Responsibilities :

• Supervision of day-to-day operations across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Execute operational duties such as street locations, crew scheduling, dailies verification, billing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality infrastructure services.
• Participate in and lead portions of regular customer meetings.
• In partnership with Operational Leadership and the PMO, monitor KPIs to drive performance and accountability.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend change initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct audits and implement controls to ensure financial integrity and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations across all operational activities.
• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks and alert systems for regulatory deadlines.
• Resolve operational disputes through effective communication and policy enforcement.
