Key Responsibilities :

Greet prospective residents and provide them with tours of the property.

Assist prospective residents with the application and leasing process.

Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available units, leasing specials, and property amenities.

Assist with resident events and other community-building activities.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
