As a Senior Systems Support Engineer, youll work on both cloud and on-premises applications. Youll be collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to understand IT application needs and ensure efficient support and operations. Your role includes troubleshooting technical challenges, guiding the team, and delivering effective resolutions.
