A company is looking for a Director, IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation preparation, resolution, and preventive follow-up
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, meeting or exceeding all reporting deadlines
Develop and deliver annual training on incident management for staff at all levels, including advanced investigation techniques
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in incident management and quality assurance within a nonprofit or healthcare setting
Strong background in regulatory compliance and performance-based contracting
Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative culture
Knowledge of data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, for monitoring program performance
Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as public health, social work, or healthcare administration
