VRS - ERP Developer 4

Workday Developer.

VRS is seeking a skilled Workday Developer with demonstrated and hands-on Workday HCM implementation and production support experience. The developer will be part of the Workday HRIS project team and works hand in hand with business stakeholders, system integrator, data conversion and other technical teams implementing HCM Workday solution. The developer will create complex integrations and interfaces between Workday and other applications, participate in data conversion activities, develop reports, conduct testing, develop technical documentation, and work on other Workday related projects. The candidate will also work on implementing Workday Adaptive Planning module.

This position is for seasoned Workday developer with HCM implementation experience and requires to follow VRS Hybrid work schedule.

Creates and maintains complex integrations and interfaces between ERP and other applications.

Analyzes business needs and translate them into technical specifications, develop, test and deploy changes.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements and design solutions.

Provides technical support for troubleshooting issues, conducts monthly data backups, refreshes lower environments, and monitors production jobs for Workday solutions.

Creates custom extensions, modifications, and integrations with Workday including data manipulation, workflows, and user interfaces.

Performs data mapping to ensure data consistency and format compatibility between Workday and integrated systems.

Develops advanced, custom, and matrix reports using Workday Report Writer.

Designs solutions considering performance, scalability, and maintainability, creating technical documentation to guide development.

Plans and executes unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and resolve issues.

Maintains and supports non-production environments.

Performs required maintenance activities related to Workday components and supporting services.

Performs platform upgrades to Workday.
