Technical Troubleshooting : Assist with diagnosing and resolving issues related to Control4, networking, video switching, audio distribution, and home automation to ensure seamless system performance. Workflow Optimization : Assist in developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Inventory Coordination : Work with the warehouse team to ensure that all necessary equipment is available for upcoming jobs. Quality Control : Monitor service performance and client feedback to maintain high standards of service delivery. Industry Experience : Background in AV, security, automation, or technology integration. Strong Organization & Attention to Detail : Ability to manage multiple service requests and technician schedules with precision. Excellent Communication Skills : Comfortable working with clients and technicians to ensure seamless service coordination.
