Full Time- RN Hospice Administrator

We're seeking a Hospice Administrator to oversee daily operations, guide our dedicated team, and ensure patients and families receive the highest level of support during life's most meaningful moments. Advantage Hospice is currently accepting candidates for a full time Hospice Administrator opportunity in the Greensburg, area.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a talented interdisciplinary team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and quality of care.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, referral partners, and the community.
  • Drive program growth while maintaining exceptional patient and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • RN license preferred (varies by state).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare management.
  • Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance.
  • Compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
