What You'll Do :

• Supervision of mid-level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists
• Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Provide clinical supervision of ABA treatment programs (e.g., treatment design / modification, ongoing analyses, ensuring treatment fidelity, etc.).
• Provide training / consultation / support for direct interventionist staff
• Complete or support in the completion of progress reports
• Conduct caregiver education and training
• Attend monthly clinical team and professional development meetings
• Timely submission of billing requirements, clinical notes, reports, and other materials
• Conduct quality assurance checks and address clinical concerns as needed.
• Maintain consistent and reliable communication with all team members
