Engineering Supervisor

Position Summary :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement standards, work instructions, procedures and policies for manufacturing in the engineering and manufacturing departments.
New Part Integration
Part Number Roll and revision
Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
Develop Project Schedules in MS Project and utilize stand project management tools to ensure expectations are communicated on a regular basis and progress is tracked to schedule.
Report progress and projects weekly to Leadership Team.
The salary information is a general guideline only. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
California pay range $95,000 - $115,000 USD
