Key Responsibilities
Implement and oversee high-volume student referral management tasks
Collaborate with Customer and Clinical Success teams to address administrative concerns regarding student referrals
Utilize data management strategies to monitor and flag student referrals within high-value accounts
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a professional administrative role, preferably managing high-value accounts
Experience in the education or healthcare industry is highly desirable
Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Mac, and Microsoft Excel
An associate's degree is preferred; experience may substitute for education
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
