    What You’ll Do :

    • Work closely with the Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen team
    • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, prep, and service
    • Ensure consistency, quality, and creativity in every dish
    • Assist in menu development, costing, and inventory management
    • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food handling
    • Who You Are :

    • 2+ years experience as Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
    • Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine – from regional classics to modern trends
    • Calm under pressure, with strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Passionate about food, detail-driven, and always pushing for better
    • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
