What You’ll Do :
- Work closely with the Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen team
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, prep, and service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and creativity in every dish
- Assist in menu development, costing, and inventory management
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food handling
- 2+ years experience as Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
- Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine – from regional classics to modern trends
- Calm under pressure, with strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passionate about food, detail-driven, and always pushing for better
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
