About Us : Beehaven Inc. is a family-owned business specializing in architectural metal systems, energy-efficient daylighting, and outdoor living space solutions. With 31 years in the Pacific Northwest construction industry, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that improve both residential and commercial projects.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Integrations & Operations Lead to own and optimize the technology that powers our business. This role will start by building and maintaining integrations, automations, and reporting systems across our platforms, with the opportunity to grow into a Strategic Business Partner.
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has personally built, connected, and owned systems in small to mid-sized business environments—not just designed workflows for others to execute. The right candidate will be a hands-on builder who can hit the ground running and grow into a Strategic Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Own, configure, and optimize core business systems (BuilderTrend, ServiceTitan, Hive, QuickBooks, SharePoint, Excel, MS-Suite / G-Suite) to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
Design, build, and manage integrations (APIs, connectors, automation tools like Zapier / Power Automate) to ensure smooth data flow, eliminate redundancies, and create scalable reporting pipelines.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that connect data across systems and deliver actionable insights for leadership.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and personally implement solutions to improve operations, including inventory buildouts and AI-enabled tools that increase efficiency across the business.
Train and support internal stakeholders on the use of new systems, dashboards, and workflows.
Write and maintain SOPs for systems you implement or optimize.
Provide leadership with data-backed recommendations to guide strategy and decision making.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
7–10 years of hands-on experience in systems operations, integrations, and process improvement, preferably in small to mid-sized business environments.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrations between business systems (API work strongly preferred; low-code / no-code tools acceptable if demonstrably used at scale).
Portfolio of projects demonstrating end-to-end ownership—from identifying a problem through implementing the solution and measuring results.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency, including macros, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and dashboard development.
Proven use of automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Make, etc.), with ability to demonstrate real-world workflows you've built.
Strong financial and operational analysis skills with a track record of measurable business impact.
Strong Fit Indicators
You thrive in environments where you're expected to build, not just advise.
You've worn multiple hats in a small or mid-sized business and can connect systems that don't naturally talk to each other.
You enjoy solving complex operational challenges with practical, scalable solutions.
Important Notes
If your experience is limited to reporting, governance, or analysis roles in large corporate environments where IT teams built the systems for you, this role will not be a fit. We are looking for a hands-on systems builder who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced business environments.
