How you create impact

The Sea Logistics Pricing Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability across our U.S. seafreight portfolio. This position offers a dynamic blend of analytical work, cross-functional collaboration, and market engagement, supporting both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less-than-Container Load (LCL) products. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, this role contributes directly to commercial success by aligning pricing decisions with customer needs, carrier strategies, and global trade trends.

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Owners, Business Operations, and Trade Managers to support growth and profit targets for FCL and LCL products
• Formulate and manage responses to mid-size regional RFQs and spot rate requests
• Handle pricing updates for existing customers, including rate extensions, revisions, GRI, and bunker adjustments
• Monitor trade lane trends and carrier performance in partnership with Trade Managers
• Support allocation management by executing steering instructions and resolving space request escalations
