Certifications and Licenses :

    • Overview :

    Join our dedicated neonatal intensive care team as a NICU RN and provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, rotate between day and night shifts, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the tiniest patients.

    Responsibilities :

  • Deliver comprehensive neonatal care to high-risk infants in the NICU.
  • Monitor vital signs and medical conditions rigorously, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and support equipment for critically ill neonates.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain thorough medical records.
  • Provide emotional support and education to families of NICU patients.

    • What You Bring :

  • Valid and current RN license with specialization in neonatal care.
  • Proven experience in NICU or neonatal intensive care units preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, including ventilator management, IV therapy, and proficiency with neonatal monitoring equipment.
  • Ability to respond swiftly in high-pressure situations with compassion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to variable shift schedules.

    • Preferred Education & Experience :

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Prior experience working with complex neonatal patients in a hospital setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high acuity cases with confidence.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Weekly stipend of $1,442.00
  • Weekly taxable pay of $3,287.54
