Service Advisor is a very important position for the dealership. You are the person the customer thinks of when their vehicle has an issue and the person they see when they walk in to our facility – building long term relationships based on trust and integrity with clients is high priority.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers with hospitality and respect
Must be distinctly people-orientatedWork with technician and co-workers to present the best repair / maintenance procedures to the customerOffer additional services and repairs to customersCompute the cost of replacement parts and labor, communicate and record estimates according to processSchedule appointments with customers and update them on vehicle statusInsure all work is performed to proper specificationMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesProfessional phone skillsWork to create long term relationships between the store, yourself and the customerMaintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above district averageSaturday availabilityJob Requirements
Automotive experience preferred. Candidate must have experience in service industry, retail industry or experience in some kind of sales or customer serviceExperience with DealerTrack or automotive computer systems a plusCurrent valid drivers license & acceptable driving record for insurance carrierPass a standard background checkWe are in an exciting growth phase and looking for the right person to get on board now for the long term.
