Responsibilities

Claims Assistance : Guide clients through the claims process, providing necessary support and information.

Requirements

Licensure : Must hold an active Minnesota Insurance License.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.

Problem-Solving : Strong ability to resolve issues efficiently and satisfactorily.

Organization : Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
