TLA is currently seeking a passionate, organized, proactive, enthusiastic and highly skilled Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to join our growing and winning team. As a TLA Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellence and helping build TLA’s reputation as the go-to law firm for personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will be excited to learn and grow personally and professionally. Your primary role will be to enthusiastically and proactively collaborate with our legal team in all aspects of the litigation process. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and other legal professionals to ensure we deliver great results through superior file organization, efficient time management, and attentive advocacy and communication with our clients. At TLA we do not manage cases, we deliver superior results.

We offer paid legal holidays, health, vision, dental insurance, 401K, and UNLIMITED PTO and sick leave. This is a unique opportunity to build with us and be compensated accordingly.
Responsibilities :1.
Case Success Management :Consistently maintain organized case files, documents, and exhibits. Collaborate with the managing attorney and legal professionals in drafting and filing legal documents, pleadings, and motions.2.
Discovery Support :Conduct legal research, document review, and prepare summaries for discovery purposes. Assist in the drafting of interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery-related documents.3.
Client AdvocacyEnhance the client experience. At TLA we prioritize communication and advocacy. A key role will be to engage our clients through proactive communication to gather necessary file information, provide case updates, and address inquiries. Maintain positive client relationships through professional and empathetic communication.4.
Trial Preparation :Showcase excellence in preparing trial exhibits, documents, and other materials. Coordinate witness interviews and manage trial logistics.5.
Deadline Management :Prioritize compliance with deadlines, court rules, and filing requirements. Proactively calendar events, hearings, and court appearances.6.
Administrative Support :Perform a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, drafting correspondence, and mastering the art of proactively managing attorney time and their calendars.Qualifications :1.
Education :Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Paralegal certification preferred but not required.2.
Experience :Minimum of 2-3 years of plaintiff paralegal experience. Familiarity with personal injury cases is a must. Litigation experience not required for the right candidate.3.
Skills :Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work products.Proficient in legal case management software.Bilingual is preferred. (Spanish)Experience using filevine or similar software4.
