Responsibilities :
- Prospecting : Take initiative in reaching out to leads, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments with Real Estate Agents or Acquisition Managers for successful transactions. Spontaneity and adaptability are key—no two calls are the same.
- Performance Metrics : Aim for excellence by maintaining a lead-to-appointment set, met, and contact rates with leads. Push yourself with assertiveness and confidence to exceed daily and monthly goals.
- Client Communication : Build trust with leads through professional phone interactions, text, and email.
- Follow-Up : Maintain quick response times, ensuring all inbound leads are contacted within 1 minute.
- Lead Management : Support our Real Estate Agents or Acquisition Managers by calling qualified inbound and outbound leads. Bring your confident and persuasive communication style to drive results.
- Data Management : Keep CRM systems organized by documenting outreach, detailed notes, and appointments for optimal efficiency.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop customized - team-oriented mindset is essential—we win together.
