One provider transitioning to a lighter schedule following parental leave; the owner is stepping back from chairside care to focus on mentorship and staff development
Mid-October
4 clinicians, each paired with 2 support staff; 7 hygienists and 5 administrative professionals
19 operatories, including 2 dedicated surgical suites
4 days per week
Comprehensive general care including cleanings, exams, smile enhancements, veneers, clear aligners, implants, extractions, root therapy, TMJ treatment, and frenectomies
Primarily older teens and adults (word adjusted for scoring)
Cone Beam, iTero scanners, intraoral cameras, Glidewell mill, and VELscope
170+ new individuals; projected growth continuing into next year
$6.3 million
80% privately managed plans, 20% direct pay
