Position Summary

Provides individual and group mental health counseling to children, adolescents and adults to improve overall functioning, decrease crisis episodes and increase community functioning in order for the client to achieve rehabilitative, resiliency and recovery goals. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of mental health services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work human services or a related field

Schedule :

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm

Shift : 1st . The MCR Clinician will have pre-scheduled on-call shifts that are occasionally on weekends and overnights (additional compensation is provided for these on-call responses).

Work Location : Rosecrance Belvidere, Illinois

Work Mode : Onsite

Compensation and Rewards :

Starting rate for Bachelors - $50,835.20

Second shift : +$1 / hr.
