Credit Portfolio Reporting Analyst
The Credit Portfolio Reporting Analyst develops and improves portfolio credit portfolio reporting to support the Credit Department with some guidance from the Credit Reporting Manager and other subject matter experts. Intermediate knowledge of underlying data, data sources, SQL, and data visualization tools. Resource on credit data questions for customers, credit department staff, and bank staff. As a key member of the Credit Wholesale Lending team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world.
Job Functions :
- Asset Pool Sale Due Diligence
- Complete due diligence on proposed asset pool sales
- Recommends & implements enhancements to the due diligence process & reporting. Able to identify & resolve intermediately complex issues
- Resource to field customer questions applicable to our responsibilities within the due diligence process
- Recurring Reports Credit Department
- Produce recurring reports for the Credit Department & Board meetings
- Produce standardized reports as needed to support the Wholesale loan renewal / review process
- Recommends & implements enhancements to queries & processes. Able to identify & resolve intermediately complex issues
- Develop new intermediately complex reports
- Report high level changes in portfolio trends to Credit leaders
- External Reporting / Bank Projects
- Assists the Credit Department's Subject Matter Expert representative for Bank Projects, as needed
- Complete responsibilities for reporting including but not limited to Loans2, Attribution, benchmark updates, annual collateral exposure analysis
- Recommends & implements enhancements to queries & processes following department procedures. Able to identify & resolve intermediately complex issues
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Reports
- Create queries & reports for intermediately complex requests with minimal assistance from manager
- Resource to answer questions on credit data within the Credit Department
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or agricultural related field3 years' experience in credit analysis, credit operations, application development, portfolio analysis and / or report generationOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the jobKnowledge :
Intermediate knowledge of portfolio risk assessment and risk management conceptsIntermediate knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), loan accounting systems as well as accounting and general ledger practicesIntermediate knowledge of agricultural lendingIntermediate knowledge of Farm Credit System and District operations, Farm Credit Act regulations, cooperative principles, and federal lending lawsSkills :

The typical base range for this role is between $68,000-$104,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
