About The Position

Urology Opportunity in North Mississippi

Take advantage of a high-demand opportunity to expand and elevate urology services in a growing community. You'll join an established practice with strong referral patterns, advanced surgical technology, and own the market with minimal competition. This role offers an ideal balance of professional growth, procedural variety, and lifestyle-friendly scheduling.

Practice Overview

  • Join one employed urologist in an established, growing practice
  • Provide full-service urology with the ability to expand advanced offerings
  • Access to DaVinci robotic systems (Xi and Si platforms) for surgical cases
  • Dedicated clinic space with 3-4 exam rooms and experienced support staff

Schedule

  • Full-time, 4.5-day workweek
  • Combination of OR and clinic time with flexibility based on your preference
  • 1 : 3 call rotation shared with collegial coverage (light)
  • Full scope available for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency urological care

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • $700,000 Base Salary
  • Encounter-based compensation model rewarding productivity
  • $75k Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency stipend, and loan repayment available
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement plans, PTO, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage
  • J1 and H1b visas can be sponsored

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
  • Proficiency across the full spectrum of urologic care
  • Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
