With a favorable nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 6, you will be instrumental in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
- Staffing and Scheduling : Oversee nursing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across all units, addressing gaps due to absences or fluctuations in patient acuity.\n
- Resource Allocation : Allocate nursing staff based on patient needs, acuity, and staff competencies to deliver optimal care.\n
- Crisis Management : Respond to emergencies such as patient crises or natural disasters by implementing effective protocols and coordinating with relevant departments.\n
- Communication : Act as a liaison among nursing staff, physicians, patients, families, and hospital administration, ensuring clear information flow and promptly addressing concerns.\n
- Policy Enforcement : Uphold hospital policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.\n
- Patient Flow Coordination : Monitor patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to maintain efficient bed utilization and streamline patient care services.\n
