Position Overview

The Director of Business Operations for Operations is a strategic leader responsible for driving the planning, execution, and governance of high-priority initiatives that support business growth and transformation. This role partners closely with Operations leadership and enabling functions (HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Strategy) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence. The Director will lead a team focused on program management, communications, and continuous improvement, serving as a catalyst for change and a connector across the Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Initiative Execution

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with the fiscal year strategic plan.
• Oversee strategic projects as needs arise. Recent examples include CoverMyMeds competitive intelligence strategy development , customer feedback loops, National Sales Conference and tradeshow support .
• Drive workforce planning, M&A integration, business continuity, and key partnership s supporting Operations.
• Identify and work with leaders to mitigate risks to business priorities or initiatives.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$121,400 - $202,400
