Key Responsibilities
Provide aggressive representation for clients in all phases of workers' compensation defense litigation
Analyze legal issues, conduct legal research, and develop defense strategies
Prepare legal documents and attend court appearances, hearings, and depositions
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Bar in good standing
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a WC Defense Attorney
Proven track record in workers' compensation defense litigation
Exceptional knowledge of current WC laws and regulations
