Integrations Engineer

A company is looking for an Integrations Engineer to manage technical relationships with enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a technical partner to Sales during discovery and demo cycles, shaping integration plans

Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live

Design, document, and manage customer API integrations and coordinate with internal teams

Required Qualifications

3-6 years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer)

Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, or ETL pipelines

Proficient in tools like Postman and API gateways

Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT) and API versioning best practices

Project management experience managing timelines and stakeholder communications
