As the Plumbing Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential plumbing department. You'll lead, coach, and support our team of plumbers to ensure top-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and consistent job performance. Your leadership will help drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and contribute to our mission of delivering dependable plumbing service with a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily field operations across all trades
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and hands-on support to technicians
  • Schedule jobs and dispatch teams efficiently to maximize productivity
  • Monitor job quality, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new technicians
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated customer concerns
  • Collaborate with office staff to streamline communication and workflow
  • Ensure all work meets industry codes and Christian Home Services standards

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in residential plumbing, or electrical trades
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a service-based company
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of residential systems, codes, and service best practices
  • Ability to lead by example with integrity and a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Relevant trade certifications or licenses (a plus)
