Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Some managers lead Departments. Responsibilities may include managing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals; delegating tasks; following up; and reporting results to the team and other managers.
• The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, executing promotions well, training service staff, and keeping Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas organized for the best service.
• The Kitchen Department Manager's responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly, maintaining safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• The People Department Manager's responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, ensuring Crew get a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time.
