As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It\'s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Global Process Owner for US Immigration, you\'ll help define the operational strategy and delivery for the immigration function. Developing an effective long-term roadmap, you\'ll oversee improvements to processes and technology to support the US immigration and global mobility strategy design. You\'ll aggregate performance metrics and insights to deliver business reviews and drive a multi-year service roadmap. With deep subject matter expertise in mobility and immigration and cross-functional collaboration, this role supports PX delivery decisions and maintains People Operations (POps) and vendor partnerships for our organization. You\'ll partner with peers in other regions, Recruiting, People Consultants, People Partners, and vendors to enable the delivery of mobility and immigration services.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
