Our client, one of New York's largest community health centers with decades of experience in healthcare, is seeking a Medical Director - Family Medicine in Harlem. The Medical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the assigned practice and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. This position offers a competitive salary! Job Function : Lead and supervise all medical providers at your assigned site. Conduct bi-annual and annual performance evaluations of medical providers. Monitor provider productivity, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance. Hold monthly provider meetings and participate in leadership meetings. Oversee training programs, student rotations, and research initiatives as needed. Collaborate with nursing, social work, and administrative staff on hiring, evaluations, and quality reviews. Maintain open communication with regional leadership and attend medical leadership and meetings.
