Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Business Analyst :
- Provide support to D365 Finance and Operations business end users
- Triage and troubleshoot standard break-fix issues, with special care and attention to detail during financial month-end close periods
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of business systems functionality, ensuring they meet the specified requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and technical specifications
