We are hiring a Vehicle Service Technician (VST) responsible for ensuring our ambulances are effectively serviced, safe, and ready for response. This key role helps maintain and deliver timely, high-quality transportation services, care, and customer service to patients.

Please note : This is not a mechanic position.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure ambulances are fully stocked, safely maintained, and ready to provide transportation services.
• Maintain a safe and clean vehicle environment for crew and patients.
• Manage daily vehicle inventory checks, update equipment tracking logs, and place replacement requests as needed.
• Perform regular mechanical checks (oil, washer fluid, batteries) and report issues to the Fleet Manager.
• Document information accurately, adhere to company policies, and comply with information security standards.
• Use appropriate communication methods to coordinate efforts between departments, crews, and other vehicle service technicians.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel, fellow VSTs, and the operations team.
