• Outpatient clinic setting with excellent work-life balance, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Manageable daily patient load of 10 - 12 patients
• Minimal call with shared triage system and RN call center support
• Value-based care focus in established practice with supportive physician colleagues
• Board-certified or board-eligible physicians welcome
• Experience with eClinicalWorks and HEDIS measures preferred
