Join Our Team as a Director of Sales at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton Burlington!

At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for a proactive Director of Sales to drive revenue and market share. You will lead sales efforts and collaborate with management to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and implement sales action plans, identifying target markets and new business opportunities.
Achieve budgeted revenue and market share goals through effective sales strategies and proactive selling.
Analyze market trends, business intelligence tools, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the General Managers and Revenue Management to create forecasts, pricing and business mix strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms align with the hotel’s policies and revenue objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local businesses, and industry professionals.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, conventions, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
Create and monitor sales reports to track progress against revenue targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Monitor guest and client satisfaction and ensure that the hotel’s service standards are upheld.

What You’ll Need :

Minimum 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience.

Experience with both business travel and group sales.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in using sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and technology.
