URGENTLY HIRING : Outside Sales Representative (Roofing)

Location : Greenville, SC

Compensation : 100% Commission-based | $85K-$170K+ OTE

Benefits Package : Hands-on Training, Professional Development Assistance

Industry : Residential & Commercial Roofing, Storm Restoration, Gutter & Drone Inspection Services

Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing

Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and recommend solutions

Conduct roof inspections (ladder and / or drone) and document findings

Build rapport and guide clients through every step of the process

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Own your performance and hit your goals independently

Minimum Requirements

Valid driver’s license + insured vehicle

Comfortable with heights and outdoor work

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Coachable, dependable, and results-driven

Compensation & Schedule

Uncapped Commission $85K-$170K+ OTE

Monthly and annual performance bonuses

Professional Development Assistance

Full-Time Schedule : Monday–Friday, some weekends as needed
