Position Summary

As a Security / Bouncer, youll ensure the safety of our guests and staff, enforce house policies, and create a welcoming environment. Youll manage crowd control, verify IDs, prevent outside food or beverages from being brought in, and address any disturbances with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and monitor patrons as they enter and exit the premises.
• Verify IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Check for and prevent outside food or beverages from being brought into the bar.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior and ensure crowd safety.
• De-escalate situations calmly and effectively if conflicts arise.
• Assist staff in enforcing house rules and policies.
• Communicate with management or law enforcement if necessary.
